About Us

Panda Geoscience is headed by Dr Phil White, who has over 30 years’ experience in geothermal exploration and development, and petrological analysis of both active and fossil geothermal systems, including epithermal gold and porphyry copper-gold mineral deposits.

Phil has been involved in geothermal and mineral exploration projects and undertaken geological mapping in many countries. He has sited, logged, supervised and tested geothermal exploration and production wells, including large producers, and has conducted training courses for geothermal scientists and mineral explorers in seven countries. He is a registered practising geothermal professional with the Australian Geothermal Energy Group, a member of the Society of Economic Geologists, the Geoscience Society of New Zealand, the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and the International Geothermal Association.

Panda Geoscience has been assisting clients from around the world to achieve their goals since 2012.

Wondering where the name Panda come from?  This company is a joint venture between Phil and his partner Anne (P and A).
